Standard 12X12 stalls with 12X24 all weather paddocks. $450-$475 per month
Double sized 24X12 stalls with 24X24 all weather paddocks. $500-$525 per month
Triple sized 36X24 stalls with 36X24 all weather paddocks. $525-$550 per month
Extra large paddocks availalbe on select stalls, please enquire as to availability
We also have an interior stall with fans and enclosed tack closets.

Board
Full use of Facilities
Turn-out to pasture or pens as available and as weather permits
2-3 Feedings per day. Custom blends.
Stall cleaning morning and evening
Trailer Parking
Fly spraying for turnout

Contractual information:
Board is month to month billed from the 1st to the 1st of each month. 30 days notice required for termination
90 days notice required for 3 or more horses
No pro rating.
$100 damamge deposit required prior to occupancy
All riders and trainers must sign and acknowledge a hold harmless and waiver of liability prior to boarding or facility use.
Dogs are welcome
Outside Trainers Welcome with proof of Trainer's Insurance. Trailer ins: $20 per day for arena use with 24 hr advanced notice.
